Shipping policy

In-stock items typically ship within 3-4 business days or earlier. Once your order leaves our store, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. Please view your Order Confirmation email for the estimated production and shipping duration. It is important to note that weather conditions/delays are out of our hands. You will need to view your Shipped Confirmation email from either Thistle River Company or the payment service/site/app you checked out with on our site to verify the estimated arrival date. 

It is also important to note that the prep/production time is separate from the shipping time stated. Example of possible situation: it could take up to 3-4 business days in production to ship the purchased item. The shipped item may take 5-8 days on top of the production time. 

Thistle River Company LLC is NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses. Once the package leaves our store, the package legally belongs to you, and it is on you as the Buyer to contact the mail carrier to forward the package and/or locate it by working with the mail carrier. 

It is the buyer's responsibility to place a claim through the mail carrier for any lost, stolen, misplaced, misdelivered, undeliverable, etc packages. Again, it is legally the buyer's package once it leaves our store. Please refer to the tracking information sent to you via email. 

Following the shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification with an updated tracking number. Please be advised that once an order has been shipped, shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of a return or exchange. Refunds for shipping costs and/or products are applicable only if an order is canceled before it is shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any orders before they are shipped for any reason.
